Bodybuilders want to do two main things: Bulk up with muscle and then cut or burn the fat and let the muscle sculpture shine through. They want to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger. With the right program and mindset and the right diet and a lot of other things, there's a lot of great potential for big gains. If you read the old articles, you know it's about muscle building, but the main goal is to sculpt your body to look like an elite bodybuilder, cycling without bulking up legs.
